Rhea de Aenlle is an accomplished attorney with extensive involvement in E-Commerce, Privacy and Intellectual Property Law for technology and life science companies. With over 30 years of experience Ms. de Aenlle has a broad range of legal and business experties.

Ms. de Aenlle represents clients in the IT and e-commerce industries and has extensive knowledge in privacy and data security law. Ms. de Aenlle advises clients regarding privacy and data security which includes GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA.

Ms. de Aenlle has ample experience drafting and negotiating a broad range of technology transfer agreements such as joint collaboration, sponsored research, clinical trial, material transfer, manufacturing, and distribution agreements.

Ms. de Aenlle has represented clients in the biotechnology, drug discovery, pharmaceutical, and healthcare industries. She started her career in technology transfer working for the City of Hope and Beckman Research Institute and the University of Southern California. As an in-house attorney for Invitrogen (fka Life Technologies), she was responsible for all matters relating to patent licensing and was a corporate attorney for Leiner Health Products, a company that manufactured over the counter drugs and supplements. As a private practice attorney, Ms. de Aenlle has represented and completed a non-exhaustive list of agreements for clients in the biotech, big pharma, drug discovery, and research and development industries.

Ms. de Aenlle received her Juris Doctor in 1991 from the University of Utah, S.J. Quinney College of Law, Salt Lake City, UT. She has a B.S. in microbiology from California State University of Long Beach, Long Beach, CA.
